Jennie Rees is a Hall of Fame turf writer, a five-time Eclipse Award winner, and 2014 inductee into the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame’s Joe Hirsch Media Roll of Honor. After leaving newspaper journalism and the (Louisville) Courier-Journal, where she had worked for 34 years, to specialize in horse-racing communications, advocacy and her passion of fan education.
